TEAM STRUCTURE
The team adopted a hierarchical structure for the project as shown below. This included the Project Leader, Technical Manager, Organisational Manager, Communications Manager and Secretary.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Leader was assigned and oversaw the project, delegated tasks and ensured deadlines were met. A Technical Manager was assigned to oversee all technical progress. An Organisational Manager was assigned and was in charge of keeping all documents and data up to date, as well as allocating time in the Gantt chart for the project schedule and further deadlines. A Secretary was assigned and was in charge of taking minutes at all meetings. A Communications Manager was assigned to oversee all social media and ensure the website was kept up to date.
TEAM COMMUNICATION
Communication within any team is integral to have a successful outcome a project. Group discussion was the main source of communication throughout the project. The team scheduled an update meeting, chaired by the team leader, on a Friday afternoon where they discussed the progress from that week and the next steps they had to take into the following week.
Separate meetings with the project supervisor were held on Thursday mornings which gave the team time to ask advice and receive feedback on the progress of the report.

The team spent most of their time within the computer lab and so verbal communication between team members was utilised most. A Google Drive was also set up so written information could be shared. Out with the computer lab, a Facebook group chat was used to talk about project ideas or to ask questions to one another.
TIME MANAGEMENT
During the planning stage of the project, a Gantt Chart was set up, so the team could track progress and impose clear, strict deadlines for various tasks. At team meetings the schedule was assessed and altered where appropriate. This meant we could keep on top of tasks and could distribute our time suitably to all jobs that needed completing.
